From one owner to another

I'm not an agency. I run a cleaning company.

I'm Vito. I'm 22. I started Clear View Exterior Cleaning in Longmeadow, Massachusetts at 20: window washing, house washing, gutters, power washing. I've been on the ladder, in the truck, and behind on the follow-up texts like everybody else.

THE SHORT VERSION

The cheapest job you'll ever book is a customer you already did work for. No ad spend, no cold lead, no price shopping. They know you. Most of them just never got asked.

So I built the system that asks, ran it on my own list, then ran it for a window cleaning company in Arizona. 68 jobs and $20,790 in 8 weeks, all from people who had already paid him once.

My story

I didn't love the work. I was good at getting customers.

Running a cleaning company taught me the part most owners hate: the follow-up. Who's due, who went quiet, who never got asked back. I built a text system for my own customer list just to see if it would work. It did. Then a window cleaning owner asked me to run it on his.

That turned into Novaro. Then the other pieces: a chatbot for the website because people ask questions at 10 PM, review requests because nobody asks, instant text-back because the phone rings while you're on a roof. Every service got tested on my own trucks first.

I'm not selling you software. I'm running for your business the exact thing that worked for mine, and I'm the one you text when something's off.
