We provide marketing and automation services for home service businesses, including past-customer reactivation texting, website chat assistants, review requests, referral campaigns, and ad management. Service details and pricing are agreed with each client before work starts.

2. Payment and Cancellation

Fees are billed as agreed with each client. Services are month to month unless agreed otherwise in writing, and you may cancel by contacting us.

3. Text Messaging

By checking a consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from us at the number you provide. Transactional and marketing consent are collected separately and both are optional. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. 4. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question during the prior month.
