The setup

One list, one offer, 35 texts a day.

About 2,000 past customers exported from the company's CRM. One offer: 15% off if booked by the end of the month, refreshed monthly. Two texts per person, the second only if the first got no reply. Mon to Fri, from a registered business number, from 10:30 in the morning so the office was open for the replies.

The office answered every reply and booked the jobs the way they always do. We sent the texts, tracked every conversation, and checked each booking against the calendar so nothing was counted twice.

WHAT ELSE RAN ON THE ACCOUNT
  • → 139 Google review requests sent automatically the day each job finished
  • → Customers who said "later" got one check-in, never a sales pitch
  • → People who moved away were tagged and never texted again
  • → A report every two weeks: texted, replied, booked, dollars
The point

They didn't need new customers. They needed to ask the old ones.

68 jobs. $20,790. Zero ad spend. From a spreadsheet that was already paid for. Run your own numbers or book a call and we'll do it together.
